Development of Pedagogical Creativity of Lecturers In Training Courses Through Innovative Methodological Projects: A Case of Uzbekistan
This paper describes to development ways of the pedagogical creativity of lecturers based on innovative methodical proj ects in training courses. A 12-hour module aimed at developing lecturers' pedagogical creativity is included in the training courses. Used innovative methodological proj ects for developing the pedagogical creativity of lecturers and given the classification of the creative techniques. Analyzed the results of the study with 407 participants in Uzbekistan regions such as Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara given the reliability and validity of made teaching technique. To investigate the validity hypotheses based on groups with known criteria are tested using the test of Vishnikova, Kashapov, and others. As predicted, in the first step there is not any difference between teachers in experience and control group. Teachers who are experienced in using creative techniques to help innovative methodological projects in training courses have significantly improved their professional creativity. In sum, the results of the analyses suggest that the survey and teaching technique created by us is reliable and has 15.1 % effectiveness for developing lecturers' pedagogical creativity.
