Biography
Önder Babur received the B.Sc. degree from METU, Turkey, the M.Sc. degree from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, and the Ph.D. degree from the Eindhoven University of Technology. He was employed as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Software Engineering & Technology (SET) Group, Eindhoven University of Technology, from 2019 to 2021. He has further experience as a Software Engineer in Germany and a Researcher in Spain. Over the years, he has participated in a number of research projects on automotive software engineering, digitalization and industrial automation, and multiscale modeling. He has initiated and co-chaired the International Workshop on Analytics and Mining of Model Repositories and the International Conference on Systems Modelling and Management. Around the main research lines, he has been collaborating with many international research groups and high-tech companies. His main research interests include the fields of model-driven engineering, systems modeling, software analytics, AI for software engineering, and empirical software engineering.
