Biography

Sasan Amini received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering, and the Ph.D. degree in business economics from Hasselt University, Belgium. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Computational Mathematics Research Group, Hasselt University. His research interests include constraint handling methods in black-box optimization problems, with a particular emphasis on stochastic settings and problems involving expensive-to-evaluate functions.
