He was a Director of Technology with Cisco Systems, Data Scientist Director with Symantec Corp., Inc., a Principal Member of Technical Staff with Narus, Inc., a Principal Architect with Embrane, Inc., a Vice Dean of the PoliTong Sino-Italian Campus with Tongji University, Shanghai, a Vice President for Protocol Architecture with Synchrodyne Networks, Inc., New York. His research, teaching and professional activities have covered data plane programmability, big data analytics, next generation network data analysis, Internet working, high performance switching, optical networking, quality of service, multimedia networking, and trust in distributed software execution.
