Biography

Jaelson Castro received the PhD degree in computing from Imperial College, London, United Kingdom. He is a full professor with the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, Brazil, where he leads the Requirements Engineering Laboratory (LER). His research interests include requirements engineering, adaptive systems, model-driven development and robotics. He serves on the editorial board of the Requirements Engineering Journal and the Journal of Software Engineering Research and Development and acted as editor-in-chief of the Journal of the Brazilian Computer Society - JBCS.
