Dr. Howard Shao is an Engineering Specialist in ITD. He is the Principal Investigator for the Information Systems Technology IR&D project. His research interests include directory services and distributed computing technologies. Dr. Shao has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
