Biography
Mr. Ron Higginbotham was a Senior Member of the Technical Staff for ITD. He's now with Nortel Networks in London. While at Aerospace Mr. Higginbotham provided on-site consulting support to ICO Global Communications in London. He led the end-to-end requirement verification effort for the ICONET Ground Facilities contract and the Working Group B integration and test effort. Mr. Higginbotham has a MS.E.E. from Boston University and B.S.E.E. from Stanford University.
