Biography
Hai-Bao Mu was born in Hebei Province, China, in 1982. He received the B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China, in 2004, 2007 and 2011, respectively. From 2009 to 2010, he was a visiting researcher in Tokyo City University, Tokyo, Japan. Currently, he is a teacher in Xi'an Jiaotong University. His research interests are surface discharge phenomena on dielectrics.
