Biography

Ping Li was born in Yingshang, China, in 1981. He received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Guangxi University, Nanning, China, in 2007. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Electrical Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China.
He is a Teacher with the College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Anhui University of Science and Technology, Huainan, China. His current research interests include atmospheric pressure cold plasmas and its applications.
