Biography

Zheng-Shi Chang received the M.S. degree in physics from Northwest Normal University, Lanzhou, China, in 2010. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China.
His current research interests include microplasma and its applications.
