Biography

Ansar Jamil received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electronics and telecommunications from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia, in 2005 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic, electrical, and systems engineering from Loughborough University, in 2015. He is currently a Lecturer with the Department of Communication Engineering, Faculty of Electric and Electronic Engineering, UTHM. He is also an Active Researcher with the Wireless and Radio Science (WARAS) center. He has two years of experience as an Electronic Engineer with the Research and Development Department of Motorola, before joining UTHM as a Tutor for eight years. His current research interests include wireless sensor networks and the IoT.
