Biography
Norsheila Fisal received the B.Sc. degree in electronic communication from the University of Salford, Manchester, U.K. in 1984, and the M.Sc. degree in telecommunication technology and the Ph.D. degree in data communication from the University of Aston, Birmingham, U.K., in 1986 and 1993, respectively.
She is currently a Professor with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and the Director of the UTM-MIMOS Centre of Excellence. Her current research interests include multimedia networking, wireless sensor network, and cognitive radio.
