Biography
Ahmed Fathi Abdou received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. Eng. degrees from Faculty of Engineering, Menoufia University, Egypt, and PhD degree from the University of New South Wales, at the Australian Defense Force Academy. All in Electrical Machines and Power System Engineering. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Menoufia University, Egypt. His research interests include distributed generation, renewable energy, smart grids, electrical machines, power electronics, voltage stability, FACTS devices and control applications. He is a regular reviewer for couple of international peer reviewed journals.
