Biography

Muhammad Rehan (Member, IEEE) received the first M.Sc. degree in electronics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan, and the second M.S. degree in systems engineering from the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), Islamabad, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree (with Distinction) from the Department of Cogno-Mechatronics Engineering, Pusan National University, Busan, Republic of Korea, in 2012.
He is currently working as an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, PIEAS. His research interests include robust control, nonlinear, adaptive control, anti-windup design, modeling and control of biosystems, and control of multiagents.
Dr. Rehan received the Research Productivity Award for the years 2011–2012 and 2015–2016 by Pakistan Council of Science and Technology. He has been selected for the Best Young Research Scholar Award (Pure Engineering) in 5’th Outstanding Research Awards by HEC in a nationwide competition. He has been selected in the list of top 2% scientists of the World for the year 2019, prepared by researchers of Stanford University. He has been selected as a Young Associate in the discipline of Engineering by the Pakistan Academy of Sciences in a nationwide competition.
