Biography
Ming-Chieh Cheng received his M.S. degrees in Semiconductor Technology from Chang Gung University, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 2003. Since then he serves as a test engineer in Ardentec Corporation, Taiwan. He is working on test program development, and redundancy analysis for semiconductor memories.
