Biography
Yu-Huei Cheng (M’12–SM’17) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, Taiwan, in 2006 and 2010, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Chaoyang University of Technology, Taichung, Taiwan. His research interests include algorithms, big data, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, cloud computing, computational biology, computational intelligence, database, data mining, electronic circuit, embedded systems, evolutionary computation, fuzzy systems, information retrieval, Internet of Things, machine learning, multimedia engineering, mobile medical, power electronics, and renewable energy. He is a member of the International Association of Engineers and a Senior Member of the Universal Association of Computer and Electronics Engineers.
