Biography

Xianchen Bai was born in Henan, China, in 1982. He received the Ph.D. degree in physical electronics from the National University of Defense Technology of China, Changsha, China, in 2011.
He has been with the Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology since 2013. His current research interests include intense electron beam physics and high-power microwave generation.
