Biography
Kazuo Ishii received the B.S. and Doctor of Engineering degrees the from Department of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1991 and 1996, respectively.
He is currently a Professor with the Department of Human Intelligence Systems, Kyushu Institute of Technology, Kitakyushu, Japan. His research interests include field robotics, underwater robotics, and neural networks.
