Biography
Saad Dilshad (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Gujrat, Pakistan, in 2013, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2017, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in solar thermal cooling system using CO2 as refrigerant. He received the HEC Indigenous Scholarship for M.S. leading to Ph.D. by HEC, Pakistan. He has published 11 publications in well reputed International Journals and IEEE international conferences. He also received the U.S.–Pak Startup and Ideation Training by RTI Internationals, USA, in 2018. His research interests include NeuroFuzzy systems, soft computing, power system stability, FACTS devices, HVDC systems, fuel cell, energy storage systems, natural refrigerants, solar thermal systems, CO2 refrigeration, and renewable energy integration with FACTS devices.
