Biography

Steve Yang received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Portland State University in 2002. Mr. Yang is with the Bonneville Power Administration where his responsibilities include test and measurement systems, generator performance monitoring and model validation, and equipment testing. Mr. Yang led the end-use equipment testing program at BPA. He is a member of the WECC Modeling and Validation Work Group and WECC Load Modeling Task Force.
