Biography
Yahya Mohamed Elhadj received the Ph.D. degree in parallel processing applied to speech recognition from the European Joint Program in 2001. He held a post-doctoral position at several international institutions (IRIT-Toulouse, LIP-Lyon, Salford University) with distinguished Research Grants attributed by the Francophony Organization, the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, as well as the European Projects (INCO-DC, DAPPI). He was a Faculty Member with Al-Imam University for 12 years. He recently joined the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. He is an NLP Expert with the Doha Historical Dictionary of Arabic Project and also an the Adjunct Professor in the Computational Linguistics Master Program. He has published many research papers. His research interests include natural language processing, sign language, high performance computing.
