Biography
Victor Chang received the B.Sc., B.Eng., M.Phil., M.B.A., P.G.H.D., and Ph.D. degrees in 2000, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2012, and 2013, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University, Suzhou, China. He is also an Expert on cloud computing and big data in both academia and industry with extensive experience. He has over 100 peer-reviewed published papers. He was involved in multimillion funding in several projects. He has been the Key Member, Advisor, PI, and Co-PI of all these projects. He has demonstrated ten different services for cloud, big data, and Internet of Things and has given keynotes in several international conferences. He is an Editor of the FGCS journal, an Editor-in-Chief of IJOCI and OJBD journals, and a Reviewer of numerous well-known journals.
