Biography

Sa’ed Abed received the BSc and MSc degrees in computer engineering from the Jordan University of Science and Technology, Ar-Ramtha, Jordan, in 1994 and 1996, respectively, and the PhD degree in computer engineering from Concordia University, Canada, in 2008. He has previously worked at Hashemite University, Zarqa, Jordan, as an assistant professor from 2008 to 2014. Currently, he is an associate professor with the Department of Computer Engineering, Kuwait University, Kuwait. His research interests include formal methods, VLSI design, and image processing. He has also served as a reviewer for various international conferences and journals. He has published more than 80 papers in reputable journals and conferences.
