Biography

Sahel Alouneh received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Jordan, in 2000, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Concordia University, Canada, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. He is currently a Full Professor of electrical and computer engineering. He is also the Program Director of the Cyber Security Program, College of Engineering, Al Ain University, Abu Dhabi Campus, United Arab Emirates. He is also on sabbatical leave from the German Jordanian University. His research interests include computer and communication networks, big data security, cloud computing, software security, MPLS security and recovery, wireless networks security, software testing, and computer design and architecture.
