Biography

Jiakai Hao received the graduate degree from the Beijing University of Technology, majoring in computer applications. He is a senior engineer and the chief operator of State Grid Beijing Information & Telecommunication Company. His research interests include smart grid and information communication systems. He led the preparation of three ITU-T international standards, obtained 17 patents, and published about 18 SCI/EI papers.
