Biography

James Lapalme is an assistant professor of Operations and logistics engineering at l'École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS) in Montréal Canada. He is also an enterprise architecture consultant. His research interests are enterprise architecture, organizational transformation, and strategy management. Lapalme holds a PhD in computer science from l'Université de Montréal Canada.
