Biography
Dr. James Aarestad is an embedded systems engineer and FPGA developer. He earned a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of New Mexico in 2013. His graduate research centered on hardware security innovations. He is currently engaged in numerous software and hardware development efforts for space-based instruments and applications.
