Biography
Mohammad J. Abdel-Rahman (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, The University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ, USA, in 2014.
He is currently an Associate Professor with the Electrical Engineering Department, Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), Amman, Jordan, an Associate Professor with the Computer Science Department, HTU, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA. He is the author of more than 40 refereed conference and journal papers. His research focuses on wireless communications systems and networks. His current research interests include software-defined networks, the integration of millimeter-wave technology into networks, cognitive networks, and the analysis of such systems and networks using stochastic optimization and game theory.
