Biography
Gonzalo E. Chavarria (M'81) received the B.S.E.E. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, NJ, in 1984.
Currently, he is Director of Engineering and is responsible for all design and applications engineering for North America and has developed various software tools for use in engineering/cable manufacturing/customer service with Pirelli Power Cables and Systems, Lexington, SC. He has held various positions in design engineering, applications engineering, and customer service departments.
Mr. Chavarria is an active participant of IEEE-ICC and a member of American Society of Testing of Materials (ASTM).
