Biography

Grazia Berardi received the B.Sc. degree in energy engineering, the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, and the Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering from the University of Padova, Padova, Italy, in 2013, 2016, and 2021, respectively.
In 2019, she joined the R&D Department, ABB AB, Västerås, Sweden, designing synchronous motors for heavy e-mobility. Since November 2020, she has been with the R&D Department, Prysmian Group, Milan, Italy, working on high-voltage cable development. Her research interests include differentiated aspects of electromagnetic and thermal design of traction motors and high-speed motors.
