Biography

Francisco Jurado (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Linares, Jaen, Spain. His research activities have been devoted to several topics, including power systems, and renewable energy. He is author and co-author of numerous publications in these research fields: more than 520 papers in journals included in the Journal Citation Report (JCR), about 260 papers in the proceedings of prestigious International Conferences and 8 teaching books. He has been involved in research projects of the Spanish Ministry of Science and Education and European Commission. Electronics and Electrical Engineering in Spain Leader Award in 2024 by Research.com. Researcher among the most influential in the world according to the classification made by Stanford University (United States).
