Biography
M. S. Aruna Gandhi was born in Manthangal Mottur, India, in 1984. She received the M.Sc. degree in physics from Karpagam University, Coimbatore, India. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in physics with the School of Advanced Sciences, VIT University, India. She is involved in the design and simulation of photonic quasi-crystal fibers for new applications, including few cycle laser pulse generation, pulse compression, supercontinuum generation, soliton propagation, and biosensing for photonic devices.
