Biography

Thamer Alamery received the B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq, in 2005, and the M.S. degree in internetworking technology and the Ph.D. degree in system analysis and development from the Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, Malaysia, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. Since 2006, he has been with the Iraq Ministry of Interior, Iraq. His main research interests include E-tools in the counter-terrorism and intelligence field, e-information sharing, information systems, e-services, and research methods. His current job roles are a Lecturer with the Police Academy and the University of Technology of Iraq, and a Consultant and the Director of communication and informatics with the Ministry of Interior.
