Biography

Yoojin Ban received the M.E. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2015. She was responsible for the Si modulator devices and Si Photonics optical transceiver with IMEC, Leuven, Belgium. Since 2021, she has been a Program Manager of the industry-affiliation R&D program on Optical I/O with IMEC, which targets the development of an industrially viable short-reach optical interconnect technology based on silicon photonics.
