Biography

Saeed Ahmed received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UAJK), Pakistan, in 2005 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Ulsan, South Korea, in 2019. He is currently working as a Research Professor with Korea Polytechnic University, Siheung, South Korea. He worked as a Transmission Planning Engineer at Telecom Industry, from 2005 to 2012, and has vast experience in planning, surveying, deploying, and troubleshooting the microwave and optical fiber-based core and access PDH/SDH/SONET/DWDM networks. He joined the Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan, as an Assistant Professor, in 2012. His research interests include cognitive radio networks (CRNs), cyber-physical system (CPS) security, smart grids (SGs), and The Internet of Things (IoT).
