Biography
Jamel Belhadj was born in 1971 in Kélibia, Tunisia. He received in 1997 his Engineering Degree from Tunis College of Engineering, ENIT, Tunisia and in 2001 the Ph.D. degree from INPT-ENSEEIHT and ENIT, France-Tunisia. Since September 2000, he has been with Tunis University, Tunis, where he is currently a professor at the Electrical Engineering Department at Technic and scientific High School of Tunis. He is a regular reviewer of several conferences and journal. He published more than 60 papers including 15 journal papers.
