Biography
Mohd Yazid Bajuri received the Bachelor of Medicine and the master’s degrees in orthopedics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery from Switzerland, in 2012, and U.K., in 2013. He currently holds the position of a Senior Consultant and an Orthopedic Surgeon as well as the Head of the Advanced Trauma, Foot and Ankle Surgery Unit, and the Diabetic Foot Services at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His passion in coming up with product innovation is irrefutable as he has won numerous competitions, in local competitions, he has won gold medals in KNOVASI 2019 and 2020, PECIPTA’19, and Malaysian Technology Expo 2020 for his inventions. Internationally, he has also won multiple gold prize and recognition from Germany, U.K., South Korea, and China.
