Biography
Raja Wasim Ahmad received the master’s degree in computer science from COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) at Abbottabad Campus, in 2011 and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Center for Mobile Cloud Computing Research (C4MCCR), Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FSKTM), University of Malaya, Malaysia. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science at the CUI Islamabad at Abbottabad Campus, where he is an active member of the COMSATS Network Research Group (CNRG). He has published several research articles in leading journals and conferences from the IEEE, Elsevier, and Springer. His few research contributions are published in top-cited journals such as the IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing, the IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE Access, the Journal of Network and Computer Applications, the Journal of Grid Computing, Cluster Computing, the International Journal of Information Management, the Journal of Systems and Software, and Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews. Moreover, he has received the Best Paper Presentation Award in a research symposium organized by the University of Malaya (PGRess) in 2015. One of his research articles received the Best Paper Award from the SPECTS France in 2018. He is also serving as a reviewer for several journals and conferences.
