Biography
Nazar T. Ali (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Bradford, U.K., in 1990. From 1990 to 2000, he held various posts with the University of Bradford as a Researcher and a Lecturer. He worked on many collaborative research projects in U.K., under the umbrella of the Centre of Research Excellence, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and EPSERC. This involved a consortium of several universities and industrial companies. He is currently an Associate Professor with Khalifa University, United Arab Emirates. He has over 100 papers published in peer-reviewed high-quality journals and conferences. His current research interests include antennas and RF circuits and systems, indoor and outdoor localization techniques, and RF measurements.
