Biography

Seungkeun Park ([email protected]) is assistant vice president for the Radio & Satellite Research Division, Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, Daejeon 34129, South Korea. He received his Ph.D. in information communication engineering from the University of Chungbuk in 2004.
