Biography

Mounir Ayadi (M'08) was born in 1975 in Tunis, Tunisia. He received the Graduate degree from the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT), Tunis, Tunisia, in 1998, and the Ph.D. degree in automatic control from the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, Toulouse, France, in 2002. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Génie Electrique of Rouen, Rouen, France, in 2003. He received the Habilitation Universitaire in electrical engineering from ENIT in 2010. He is currently a Full Professor and the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department at ENIT. His research interests include the area of control system theory, predictive and adaptive control, and flat systems.
