Biography

Masri Ayob received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Nottingham, in 2005. She is currently a Professor and a Principal Researcher with the Data Mining and Optimisation Research Group (DMO), Centre for Artificial Intelligence (CAIT), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She has published more than 150 papers in international journals and at peer-reviewed international conferences. Her main research interests include meta-heuristics, hyperheuristics, scheduling, and timetabling, especially educational timetabling, healthcare scheduling, and routing problems.
