Biography
Nantheera Anantrasirichai (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Bristol, Bristol, U.K., in 2007.
She is a Research Fellow with Visual Information Laboratory, University of Bristol. She has been involved in many projects across multiple disciplines, including telecommunications, biology, optometry, clinical sciences, biochemistry, mechanical engineering, psychology, and geoscience. She has published more than 50 articles. Her research interests include image and video coding, image analysis and enhancement, medical imaging, texture-based image analysis, machine learning, and remote sensing.
She is a Research Fellow with Visual Information Laboratory, University of Bristol. She has been involved in many projects across multiple disciplines, including telecommunications, biology, optometry, clinical sciences, biochemistry, mechanical engineering, psychology, and geoscience. She has published more than 50 articles. Her research interests include image and video coding, image analysis and enhancement, medical imaging, texture-based image analysis, machine learning, and remote sensing.
