Biography
Ilya F. Budovsky (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in 1964. He received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of St. Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia, in 1987, and the Ph.D. degree from D. I. Mendeleev Research Institute for Metrology (VNIIM), Saint Petersburg, in 1995.
Since 1991, he has been with the National Measurement Institute Australia, Lindfield, NSW, Australia (formerly, the National Measurement Laboratory, CSIRO, Canberra, ACT, Australia), where he became the Leader of the Low-Frequency Standards Group, in 1997, and the Manager of the Electricity Section, in 2009.
