Biography

N. W. A. Lidula (GS’09–M’12) received the B.Sc. (Eng.) degree and the M.Sc. degree from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, in 2002, and 2004 respectively, the M.Eng. degree from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB, Canada, in 2012. She is currently a Senior Lecturer with the University of Moratuwa. Her research interests include microgrids, distributed generation, power system stability, transient simulation of power systems, and renewable energy systems.
