Biography
Francisco Javier Royo Abancéns is the head of R&D Projects at Ferrovial Agroman. He is a civil engineer (Idaho State University) holding a Master's in engineering of structures, foundations, and materials (Polytechnic University of Madrid, UPM). He also has a business background with a Master's in Business Administration (EAE Business School). He has more than eight years of experience in R&D project and portfolio management, being a certified Project Management Professional. He also serves as an assistant to the European Commission for the evaluation of European project proposals.
